Named after the baby of the family, Alma Rae, this blend was created to help ease the discomfort that typically comes from Allergy Season. With an earthy blend of Elderberries, Elderflower, and nettles, this tea is soothing and delicious.
- Elderberries are well-known for their high levels of antioxidants that act as powerful anti-inflammatories.
- Elderflower is known for it’s anti-inflammatory properties and ability to dry up mucous lingering in the nasal cavity (hello, second most annoying allergy symptom. First would be the sneezing!)
